(no) big deal = (not) something of great importance
المعنى الحرفي = صفقة هامة \كبيرة
المعنى المجازي = لا شيء مهم
slip (one’s) mind = forget about something
المعنى الحرفي = انزلق من رأس أحدهم
المعنى المجازي = ينساه
make too much of (something) = exaggerate the importance of something
المعنى الحرفي = الإكثار من الشيء
المعنى المجازي = تعطي أهمية \ أن تُعطي الموضوع أكبر من حجمه
Don’t sweat it. = Don’t worry about it.
كلمة sweat تعني = يعرق 
لذا فالمعنى الحرفي: لا تجعله يعرق
المعنى المجازي: لا تقلق
flake = irresponsible person
المعنى الحرفي لكلمة flake هو = رقاقة , ونجدها أيضا في Corn flakes رقائق الذرة
